What is ultra forged a new method of molded pressure technology 6061 Aluminum and metal. We have created a method similar to Low Pressure casting but we called it Ultra Forged with the method of pressing the mold from a bar of aluminum/metal from a new Korean technology. This new Korean technology has help us create a new wheel that is fraction of the price from a 100 percent pressed forged wheel.
Step 1- Aluminum 6061/metal bar is made
Step 2- 20 Million pounds of pressure with tremendous amount of heat and pressure. The mold of the wheel is created with the face of the wheel already molded.
Step 3- the wheel is put in a 5axis Cnc machine to cut out face wheel openings, bolt pattern, and logos.
Step 4- finish is then applied and boxed.
